Shipping policy

Our shipping is paid for by you (the customer/client) at the final checkout there are 2 rates standard and first class. These are sent Via royal mail and as such any damages are mitigated against to the highest of our ability. Any damages that are incurred during transit are not the personal responsibility of the store (any inappropriate or harmful language will not be tolerated under our terms of service, and our contract of services may be retracted). 

Once the item is given to our couriers (Royal mail) we hold no responsibility for any delays or losses that may occur, all effort is made to keep you updated on the whereabouts of your parcel, however the responsibility falls to the courier service to keep us (at "Modish Maidens" updated so that all information maybe sent to you.

Where required, we may have the parcel be signed for or an image of proof to be provided upon delivery
